So from the first completed contract we photograph every site monthly, and publish where the programme actually is, against the date on your contract rather than the date in the brochure.
No development is published yet, so there is no programme to track. Each one appears here from the day it is listed.
Programme position is derived from the published completion date and the build status on each scheme (a nominal twenty-four month programme), because no developer on this island publishes a verified percentage complete. Owners get the surveyed figure and the photographs; this page is the honest public version of it.
