Why this exists
On a fifty-unit release the corner positions and the top floors are spoken for in the first week, usually by people the developer already knew. Registering puts you in that week instead of the fourth one, and it costs nothing, because the developer is paying for a launch that is already half sold.
There is no tier, no membership and no fee. Register or do not; every page, price and failed audit answer on this site stays readable either way.
